This is my class! It was created by Evidence Based Birth®, and there are 2 in-person meetings + 6 weeks of online learning + weekly zoom calls with me, your experienced doula and educator. This class is jam packed with information about evidence based care, advocacy and how to have an empowered birth.

The Birth Hour’s Know Your Options Childbirth Course

This is also my course! It is entirely online, and includes information on all aspects of giving birth, plus getting started with breastfeeding and early newborn care.
